The starting scene of the film opens up with a long shot to show Max’s family circumstance as violent, brutal where it even consisted of domestic violence within the household. We also used pan movement to slowly close up to the emotionless face of Max. Previously, Max was planning to sit on the staircase but after considering the location, it’s quite hard for us to shift the camera so we changed the angle.
